目的观察痔疮PPH微创术后使用令皮欣喷雾剂的临床疗效.方法将痔疮PPH微创术后的患者600例随机分治疗组和对照组,各300例.痔疮PPH微创术后,治疗组采用令皮欣喷雾剂喷涂,对照组采用红霉素软膏外涂;观察两组患者用药后疼痛、水肿及愈合时问.结果治疗组第一次用药后止痛效果、用药24 h后减少水肿、促进愈合方面明显优越于对照组.结论　痔疮PPH微创术后使用令皮欣喷雾剂喷涂止血、止痛效果明显,且能减轻水肿及促进创面愈合;与红霉素软膏外涂相比,其能快速减轻患者痛苦,减轻患者和社会的经济负担,在社会效益上具有明显优势.

Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of Lingpixinspray used after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids ( PPH ).Methods 600 patients who had undgone PPH were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,300 for each group.The study group received Lingpixin spray to apply on the wound surface,whereas the control group received erythrocin ointment for external application.Relief of hemorrhoids-induced pain and edema and healing time were observed in the two groups.Results The study group was markedly superior to the control group in the efficacy for pain relief after the first use of spray,edema reduction 24 hours after spray uses,and acceleration of wound healing.Conclusions Lingpixin spray for stopping bleeding and pain relief has a better effect which can reduce edema and stimulate wound healing after PPHi.As compared with erythrocin ointment,Lingpixinspray can rapidly relieve pain in patients and reduce financial burden on patients and society.
