目的 通过分析2000个人类结肠癌相关基因以及GO( gene ontology)数据库中与人类生物学过程相关的25 189个基因,揭示蛋白互作比率与基因共调控强度之间的关联趋势.方法 基于四联密码子算法提取既包含蛋白互作关系又包含共调控关系的混合模式.应用超几何分布(P≤0.05)筛选出频数大于等于5且具有统计学意义的混合模式1073个.结果 蛋白互作比率与基因共调控强度之间存在明显的正相关趋势,即随着蛋白质互作比例的增加,相关基因共调控的强度也随之增强.结论 互作蛋白(基因)倾向于被共调控.

Objective By analyzing 2000 human colon carcinoma related genes and 25189 human biology process related genes from GO database,reveal the association tendency of proteins interaction rate and gene co-regulation intension. Methods Base on 4-dimension codon algorithm,we extracted the mixed models,including genes co-regulation relations and proteins interaction relations. Analyze the enrichment property by hypergeometric distribution,and select the 1073 mixed models that appear frequency greater than or equal to 5 and statistics significance ( P ≤0.05 ). Results There is obvious positive correlation between interacting proteins and co-regulation genes. That is,with the increase of protein interaction rate, the strengthen of co-regulated genes is enhanced.
