目的探讨治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的手术方法和疗效.方法回顾性分析135例患有慢性肥厚性鼻炎的病例资料,采用局麻鼻内镜下下鼻甲黏膜下切吸术及其骨折外移术治疗.结果术后随访8个月～2年,显效115例(85.2%),改善17例(12.6%),无效3例(2.2%),总有效率97.8%,无并发症发生.结论鼻内镜下下鼻甲黏膜下切吸术及其骨折外移术具有出血少、恢复快、保护鼻腔正常组织黏膜免受损伤等优点,是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的理想手术方法.

Objective To discuss surgical treament and itseffect on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods Retrospective analysis the medical records of 135 cases chronic hypertrophic rhinitis injury patients from February 2004 to February 2007. Results Effect 115 eases( 85.2% ) ,efficiency 17 cases( 12.6% ) ,inefficacy 3 cases(2.2% ) ,the total effective rate was 97.8%. Following up for 8 months to 2 years,no complication observed. Conclusion The inferior turbinate of curing and aspiration mucosa of concha nasalis inferior and bone fracture moving lateral under the conchoscope is of less bleeding, rapid recovery and protection of normal tissues nasal mucosal from injury, it is an ideal surgical method to treat chronic rhinitis hypertrophic.
