为化解产晶变型设计过程中参数关联结构关系复杂的问题,将产品结构层次用广义模块进行表示,以减少产品结构层次,缩短参数传递链.运用有向图理论,提出了广义模块参数关联结构有向图的概念,用有向图顶点表示广义模块、子模块和零件,将参数关联驱动关系用有向边表示,得到广义模块参数关联有向图的性质.通过产品广义模块化结构层次关系,将广义模块参数关联结构有向图划分为多个子图,并对子图中顶点之间的横向有向边进行分解,建立了一种规范的参数关联结构关系,给出了其分解算法和参数关联的数学描述,为变型设计参数关联分析提供了理论依据.最后,以皮带输送机为例说明了该方法的有效性.

In the product variant design process, the relationship of parameter association structure was complex. To solve this problem, product structure levels were expressed with generalized modular theory so as to reduce product structure level and shorten parameter transfer chain. The concept of directed graph of parameter association structure for generalized modular was proposed with the use of directed graph theory, generalized modular, sub-modular and part represented by vertex, the driven relationship of parameter association represented by directed edge, and the properties of directed graph of parameter association structure for generalized modular were obtained. The directed graph of parameter association structure for generalized modular was divided into a number of sub-graphs according to the hierarchical relationship of product-level modular structure. And the horizontal edges of sub-graphs among vertexes were decomposed. Therefore, a standardized relationship of parameter association structure was established. And its decomposition algorithm and the mathematical description of parameters association were also presented. It provided the theoretical basis for parameters association analysis of variant design. Finally, the case for belt conveyor was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
