通过对四川省农民培训需求情况进行问卷调查,分析影响农民培训意愿的农民个体特征、农民家庭特征和农民对培训要素的选择等因素,研究发现这些变量对农民参与培训意愿在统计上有显著的影响,并在此基础上提出相应的政策建议.

Based on the questionnaire survey about the training needs of farmers in Sichuan province, this paper analyses the impact of farmers' individual characteristics, family characteristics and their choice of training items on their training will.Results show that these variables exert statistically significant influence on the farmers' training will.Some corresponding policy recommendations have been put forward.
