The entrepreneurship education curriculum is the basis and the key for entrepreneurship education,also is the important way to implement the entrepreneurship education thinking and enhance the students awareness and the ability of entrepreneurship.The United States and Japan have formed a relatively complete education system.The article combined the setting and development of entrepreneurship education curriculum,and comparatively analysed the course content,curriculum implementation,curriculum types and teaching staff of the two countries,which have important enlightmentfor our entrepreneurship education curriculum development and construction.
