无砟轨道具有良好的力学性能,在高速铁路上得到了广泛应用,但随着运营时间及运量的增长,无砟轨道砂浆层偶有出现离析、破损现象,影响了线路质量和列车运行的平稳性。针对遂渝高速铁路纵连板式无砟轨道,在不影响列车运行的情况下,对砂浆层进行换填的不同轨道板支撑方案进行了分析比较,结果表明:采用尺寸为50 mm×100 mm×100 mm的6个混凝土块支撑方案较佳。

Ballastless track has been widely applied in high-speed railway due to its good mechanical properties.However,along with the operating time and traffic volume increased,the mortar layer of ballastless track may be segregated and damaged occasionally,which affected the stability of railway quality and train movement.Against the vertical-slab ballastless track in Suining-Chongqing High-speed Railway,under the condition not affecting train movement,different slab supporting programs for mortar replacement are analyzed through comparison.The results show that 6 concrete blocks of 50 mm×100 mm×100 mm are preferred for supporting.
