高等教育的大众化造成了大学生基础知识和自学能力的下降,大学生数量的迅速增加也导致了高校师资力量的相对缺乏,再加上大学课时的压缩给大学课堂教学带来了很大的困难和挑战。文章以《化工原理》课程教学为例,讨论如何利用现代化的教学手段结合教学方法的改革破解这一难题,从而为高等教学大众化背景下提高课堂教学质量提供一条可行之路。文中所提到的方法对高校其它课程的教学也有着重要的参考和借鉴意义。

With the development of higher education population,the basic knowledge and the abilities of independent study of college students decrease inevitably.On the other hand,the amount increase of college students induces the relative deficiency of teaching personnel and fund of universities.Moreover,the constriction of teaching hours adds more difficulties and challenges to college class teaching.In order to solve this problem,the modern teaching methods must be used.In the paper,the course of Chemical Engineering Principle was selected as an example to illustrate how to use modern teaching methods in current college classroom.The methods summarized in the paper also can be referred by other higher education courses.
