The high risk factors and clinical complications for CHD are targeted for the combined therapy. Of which, drug treatments mainly involve anticoagulation/antiplatelet, blood pressure control, lipid regulation,etc. Revascularization mainly consists of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), Hybrid operation (PCI + CABG) and molecular biological therapy. Medicine therapy is the basis of all treat ments, and revascularization is the important method of modern treatment for CHD. How to reasonably select appropriate therapeutic'regimen for CHD is a significant task to clinicians.
