研究了河北某地区致鸡肝炎大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和鸡舍空气致病性大肠杆菌的血清型和耐药性差异.根据细菌分离培养特性、形态学、生化试验、动物试验及玻板凝集试验结果,从病鸡肝脏中分离出了致病性大肠杆菌38株,其O型优势血清型与同地区鸡舍空气分离出的大肠杆菌血清型相似.药敏试验结果显示,O型致鸡肝炎大肠杆菌与已分离出的同地区鸡舍空气致病性大肠杆菌的耐药特征也具有相似性.这说明致鸡肝炎大肠杆菌与同地区鸡舍空气致病性大肠杆菌的某些生物学特性是相同的,大肠杆菌引起的鸡肝炎病与存在于空气中的致病性大肠杆菌有一定的关系.

The differences of serotypes and drug sensitivity of chicken Escherichia coli-induced hepatitis and pathogenic E.coli from the chicken coop air were studied.According to the characteristics of bacteria cultivation,morphology,biochemistry experiment,animal experiment and glass board agglutinate experiment,38 strains pathogenic E.coli were isolated from chicken liver.The preponderant O serotypes from chicken liver were similar to pathogenic E.coli serotypes isolated from the air of henhouses.Drug sensitivity experiments results showed that there were similar drug resistant characteristics between above-mentioned bacteria.The results proved that there were some common biologic characteristics between above-mentioned bacteria and the hepatitis disease caused by E.coli was relevant to the pathogenic E.coli of henhouses.
