Many latest papers were quoted to introduce the development in the field about anaerobic fermentation of inoculated kitchen garbage.The types of the inoculum included sludge,bacteria,animal feces,aged refuse and waste paper etc.On this base,the prospect of anaerobic fermentation of kitchen garbage was presented.And the conclusion was made that the anaerobic fermentation was the most biologically reasonable and economically feasible approach of treating kitchen garbage up to date.
