目的探讨健康教育及心理护理对预防膀胱癌术后患者肿瘤复发的影响.方法将168例膀胱癌患者随机分为观察组86例和对照组82例.观察组行手术及常规治疗的同时给予健康教育及心理护理措施干预,对照组只给予手术及常规治疗.采取健康教育及心理护理措施后,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定2组患者的心理状况,并比较2组膀胱癌患者肿瘤复发率.结果采取健康教育及心理护理措施后,观察组焦虑值和抑郁值评分均明显低于对照组,肿瘤复发率明显低于对照组.结论健康教育及心理护理可明显地消除膀胱癌患者焦虑、抑郁的心理障碍,增强治疗的信心,从而促进康复,达到提高患者生活质量及预防肿瘤复发的目的 .

Objective To explore the effect of health education and psychological nursing on prevention of bladder cancer recrudesce.Methods 168 cases of patients suffered from bladder cancer were divided separately into 86 cases as the observation group and 82 cases as the control group at random.The observation group was given surgery and routine treatment as well as health education and psychological nursing intervention.The control group received only surgery and routine treatment.The SAS and SDS were applied to measure psychological situation of the patients of the two groups and rate of bladder cancer recrudesce was also compared after taking health education and psychological intervention.Results The anxiety and depression score were lower,the recrudesce rate of tumor was decreased in the observation group than the control group.Conclusions Health education and psychological nursing can eliminate psychological barrier of the bladder cancer patients suffered from anxiety and depression,in-tensify the treatment confidence,improve recovery,increase living quality and prevent tumor recrudesce.
