目的 研究子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者在位和异位内膜胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IOFBP-3)的表达及其在EM发病机制中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)对40例EM患者的异位子宫内膜和20例EM患者的在位子宫内膜IGFBP一3表达检测.结果 (1)EM患者的在位和异位内膜,IGFBP-3主要表达于子宫内膜问质和腺上皮细胞胞浆和/或胞膜.(2)与对照组比较,EM患者异位内膜在分泌期IGFBP-3表达显著高于对照组(P=0.031).这种高表达只限于EM的Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,而在Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期则无大的区别(P=0.411).结论 EM患者IGFBP-3显著表达,推测它可能参与EM的病理生理机制.

Objective To study the expression ofIGFBP-3 in eutopic and ectopic endometrinm (EM) of patiens with endometriosis, and its role in the pathogencsis or etiology of endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to dertermine the expression of IGFBP-3 protein in ectopic endometriai tissues of the patient with endometriosis (40 cases) and normal eutopic endometrial tissues of the patient with endometriosis (20 cases). Resulte 1.In endometriosis group ,IGFBP-3 expression predominated in the stroma and the glandular cytoplasm and/or on the plasma membrane.2.1GFBP-3 expressions in secretory phase the endometriosis group was higher significantly than those in control group(P=0.031).An increased expressions of IGFBP-3 over controls was found in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the EM(P=0.031),where, as in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ,there were not significant between controls and women with EMs(P=0.411). Conclusion This marked expression of IGFBP-3 was showed in the endometriosis of patients with endometriosis compared to controls. It is suggested that IGFBP-3 is probably associated with its potential involvement the pathoplysiology of endometriosis.
