采用氮素6水平4重复随机区组大田试验设计,研究鄂麦18氮素营养积累规律和产量变化.结果表明,随着施氮量的增加鄂麦18的子粒产量、干物质积累量、植株含氮量均增加,但当氮水平达到225kg·hm~(-2)时再增加施氮量增产不显著;从苗期到成熟期,不同处理小麦植株含氮量逐渐下降,氮吸收积累量在齐穗开花期前呈逐渐增加趋势,成熟期出现下降,这可能与植株氯素挥发和淋溶损失有关.所以,在湖北省小麦种植区中等肥力条件下,鄂麦18适宜施氮量为225 kg·hm~(-2),单产可达6 948 kg·hm~(-2).

The reasonable application technique of nitrogen fertilizer for wheat variety was conducted,it was the important meaning for increasing wheat yield and reducing fertilizer resources waste. Completed randomized group design with 6 levels of nitrogen and 4 replicates of field experimental was chosen,the nitrogen nutrient accumulation regular pattern and change of yield of Email 18 were studied. The experimental results testified: grain yield,dry matter accumulation amount and nitrogen contents in shoots of wheat were increased as nitrogen fertilizer application rate increased. While nitrogen application rate was 225 kg·hm~(-2),further more increasing nitrogen,wheat yield increased slightly; from seedling stage to ripening stage,nitrogen content for shoots of different treatment reduced (dropped); before wheat heading-flowering stage,accumulation amounts of nitrogen for shoots of wheat were increased,their nitrogen contents dropped at the ripening stage,this result might be related with nitrogen volatilization and washing loss from shoots of wheat. So under the medium soil fertility of wheat cultivated area in Hubei province,the better application rate of nitrogen fertilizer for E-mai 18 was 225 kg·hm~2,and its yield reached 6 948 kg·hm~(-2).
