This paper gives a new concept of the generalized ellipse with three foci, shows the ploting method and the mathematical models of the ellipse, builds up the mathematical model of the distance from the gravity center M of the ellipse to the moving point P on the curve of the ellipse, presents the transfer characteristics of the ellipse to force and velocity and its applications in the industry.
