针对评估矩阵由随机数、区间数、模糊数以及空缺值等多种形式构成的作战效能评估问题,采用证据理论对不同方案在不同属性下的焦元进行识别,计算每个焦元的基本效用分配值,并基于信度函数和似真函数得到各个方案的效用区间,然后通过效用区间的比较得到各方案优劣排序,从而为导弹作战效能评估提供了一条有效途径.对某导弹与雷达对抗作战效能评估问题进行了实例计算,验证了此方法评估导弹作战效能的可行性.

The combat effectiveness evaluation about ballistic missile confronted with radar is very complicated.In allusion to the assessment matrix of combat effectiveness which was denoted by the random number,fuzzy number,interval number or other incomplete information,we applied the evidence theory to evaluate the combat effectiveness of ballistic missile confronted with radar.By the belief function,plausibility function and evidential ratiocination algorithms,we obtained the interval of utility of each alternative,so the rank order of whole alternative was attained,which would provide a new approach to ttm combat effectiveness assessment of ballistic missile.Finally,the article provided a use case of ballistic missile confronted with radar,and the evaluation result proved the approach was effective and feasible to evaluation combat effectiveness of ballistic missile.
