目的 观察阿托伐他汀对轻、中度阿尔茨海默病高胆固醇患者有无神经保护作用.方法 选择轻度、中度阿尔茨海默病合并高胆固醇患者40例,根据就诊次序随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组每晚服阿托伐他汀20 mg,对照组给予安慰剂治疗.比较两组治疗前及治疗第8、20周的简易智能状态量表、临床痴呆评定量表和日常生活自理量表评分.结果 治疗8周时治疗组、对照组各项量表评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗20周时治疗组各项量表评分与治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 阿托伐他汀对轻、中度阿尔茨海默病合并高胆固醇者有一定脑保护作用.

목적 관찰아탁벌타정대경、중도아이자해묵병고담고순환자유무신경보호작용.방법 선택경도、중도아이자해묵병합병고담고순환자40례,근거취진차서수궤분위치료조화대조조.치료조매만복아탁벌타정20 mg,대조조급여안위제치료.비교량조치료전급치료제8、20주적간역지능상태량표、림상치태평정량표화일상생활자리량표평분.결과 치료8주시치료조、대조조각항량표평분여치료전비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);치료20주시치료조각항량표평분여치료전유현저개선(P<0.01),여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 아탁벌타정대경、중도아이자해묵병합병고담고순자유일정뇌보호작용.
Objective To evaluate the neuroprotective effects of atovastatin for the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease with high serum cholesterol. Methods Forty patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease with high serum cholesterol were assigned into two groups randomily according to the orders of their visits, 20 patients in each group. The treated group received atovastatin 20 mg per night while the control group received the placebo. The total treatment course was 20 weeks. MMSE, Clinical dementia rating (CDR) and ADL were evaluated before and after 8, 20 weeks treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment, MMSE, CDR and ADL changed a bit but with no significance compared with before treatment(P>0.05). After 20 weeks treatment MMSE, clinical dementia scale and ADL were improved significantly compared with before treatment (P<0.01), and compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The results mentioned above suggested that atovastatin had neuroprotective effects in the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease with high serum cholesterol.
