在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上对Ti-6A1-2Zr-1Mo-1V钛合金铸态材料进行了恒温和恒应变速率下的热压缩变形实验,温度范围是700~1000℃,应变速率范围是5×10-3s~450s-1,测试了其真应力-真应变曲线,观察了变形后的组织。结果表明:合金在不同变形条件下其软化机制分别受动态回复和动态再结晶所控制,并且应变速率敏感指数随变形温度的升高而增大。

在Gleeble-1500熱模擬機上對Ti-6A1-2Zr-1Mo-1V鈦閤金鑄態材料進行瞭恆溫和恆應變速率下的熱壓縮變形實驗,溫度範圍是700~1000℃,應變速率範圍是5×10-3s~450s-1,測試瞭其真應力-真應變麯線,觀察瞭變形後的組織。結果錶明:閤金在不同變形條件下其軟化機製分彆受動態迴複和動態再結晶所控製,併且應變速率敏感指數隨變形溫度的升高而增大。

재Gleeble-1500열모의궤상대Ti-6A1-2Zr-1Mo-1V태합금주태재료진행료항온화항응변속솔하적열압축변형실험,온도범위시700~1000℃,응변속솔범위시5×10-3s~450s-1,측시료기진응력-진응변곡선,관찰료변형후적조직。결과표명:합금재불동변형조건하기연화궤제분별수동태회복화동태재결정소공제,병차응변속솔민감지수수변형온도적승고이증대。

Hot compressive deformation test of Ti-6M-2Zr-1Mo-1V titanium alloy were studied by Gleeble-1500 Formaster Press Simulator at constant temperatures and constant strain rates. The ranges of temperature and strain rates were 700~1000℃ and 5 ×10-3s-1~50s-1. The compressive true stress vs true strain curves have been measured and the hot deformation microstructures were observed. The results showed that the softening mechanism was dominated by dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery at different condition. The sensitivity exponent of strain rate was increased with raising of defomation temperature.
