以4种苹果砧木幼苗为试材,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定根系分泌酚类物质的含量,并比较不同砧木品种间根系分泌物成分的差异.结果表明:采用C18分离柱,波长280 nm,流动相为乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,分离效果良好.在一定浓度范围内,10种酚类物质的峰面积与浓度间存在显著的线性关系.不同苹果砧木根系分泌物种类和数量不同,主要成分为间苯三酚、根皮素、根皮苷和苯甲酸,分泌物含量从高到低顺序依次为'怀来海棠'、'新疆海棠'、'莱芜难咽'、'平邑甜茶'.
以4種蘋果砧木幼苗為試材,利用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測定根繫分泌酚類物質的含量,併比較不同砧木品種間根繫分泌物成分的差異.結果錶明:採用C18分離柱,波長280 nm,流動相為乙腈和水進行梯度洗脫,流速1 mL/min,分離效果良好.在一定濃度範圍內,10種酚類物質的峰麵積與濃度間存在顯著的線性關繫.不同蘋果砧木根繫分泌物種類和數量不同,主要成分為間苯三酚、根皮素、根皮苷和苯甲痠,分泌物含量從高到低順序依次為'懷來海棠'、'新疆海棠'、'萊蕪難嚥'、'平邑甜茶'.

The main phenolic compounds in root exudates of apple rootstock seedlings were identified and qualified using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the optimal chromatographic separation was achieved on a reverse phase C18 column with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase using gradient elution, at 280 nm, with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The peak area was linear with the phenolic concentration in the range of 0.01-1.9 μg/g. The main phenolic compounds were phloroglucinol, phloretin, phloridzin, and benzoic acid. The contents of detected phenolic compounds, in a descending order, in root exudates of apple rootstocks was as follows: huailaihaitang (Malus micromalus Makino.)> xinjianghaitang (Malus sieversii Roem)>laiwunanyan (Malus micromalus M) > pingyitiancha (Malus hepenhensis Rehd.).
