设计了一种由悬臂梁、磁电换能器和永磁体组成的新型振动能量采集器.环境振动引起换能器与永磁体相对运动,使得作用到换能器的磁场变化,变化的磁场引起换能器得到电输出.理论分析了影响换能器与永磁体相对运动的磁场力和永磁体的非线性运动情况.实验结果表明:在振动激励频率为33 Hz,振动加速度为0.5 g的条件下,输出电压峰峰值45.1 V,输出功率112.1 μW.

In this paper, a vibration energy generator was designed and tested, including a cantilever, a transducer and magnets. External vibration induced relative motion between the transducer and magnets. The relative motion caused the magnetic field to change in the transducer. The transducer responsed with a voltage.The magnetic force between the transducer and magnets and the motion of mass were analyzed.Experiment results showed an output voltage of 45.1 V and an average power of 112.1 μW were achieved for vibration of 0.5 g acceleration at 33 Hz.
