轧制压力横向分布直接影响轧辊的弹性变形和轧件的出口厚度分布.文中基于影响函数矩阵法,对轧机辊系受力和弹性变形进行计算分析,研究轧制过程中弯辊力和压下率对轧制力横向分布的影响,揭示轧制压力横向分布系数与弯辊力呈近似线性增长、与压下率呈近似线性减小的规律.分析表明,通过调节弯辊力或在轧制规程中改变压下率设定,可改变轧制压力的分布.为轧制压力横向分布函数的在线快速计算和板凸度控制模型的建立提供基础.
軋製壓力橫嚮分佈直接影響軋輥的彈性變形和軋件的齣口厚度分佈.文中基于影響函數矩陣法,對軋機輥繫受力和彈性變形進行計算分析,研究軋製過程中彎輥力和壓下率對軋製力橫嚮分佈的影響,揭示軋製壓力橫嚮分佈繫數與彎輥力呈近似線性增長、與壓下率呈近似線性減小的規律.分析錶明,通過調節彎輥力或在軋製規程中改變壓下率設定,可改變軋製壓力的分佈.為軋製壓力橫嚮分佈函數的在線快速計算和闆凸度控製模型的建立提供基礎.

Rolling pressure distribution directly affects the elastic deformation of rollers and the crown of delivery strip. The rolling force and the elastic deformation of rollers were computed with the influence function matrix method that is highly precise in calculation and fast in iterative convergence. The calculated rolling pressure fits the measured data well. By the method, rolling pressure transverse distribution with different bending forces and reduction ratios was studied. It is found that the rolling pressure distribution factor increases linearly as the bending force increases and decreases almost linearly as the reduction ratio increases. Therefore, the rolling pressure transverse distribution can be changed by adjusting bending forces and reduction ratio settings. The obtained results provide a good foundation for the on line fast computing of rolling pressure distribution functions and for the modeling of strip crown control.
