为了揭示东西部经济发展对环境影响的差异,使西部大开发能够汲取借鉴东部经济与环境发展的经验教训,以环境库兹涅茨曲线(Environmental Kuznets Curve,EKC)理论为基础,根据国家统计局统计年鉴1995~2007年公布的经济与环境数据,分别介绍了中国东西部地区经济增长情况与工业"三废"排放状况,依次构建了东西部工业"三废"和综合环境污染水平的库兹涅茨曲线模型,对比分析了东西部环境质量与经济增长的关系,对"三废"排放量变化趋势进行理论估计,并对西部大开发经济环境的可持续发展提出相关对策建议.结果表明,东西部工业"三废"的环境库兹涅茨曲线分别存在明显差异.东西部的综合环境污染水平曲线均为"倒U"形曲线的左侧,且东部处于转折点.
為瞭揭示東西部經濟髮展對環境影響的差異,使西部大開髮能夠伋取藉鑒東部經濟與環境髮展的經驗教訓,以環境庫玆涅茨麯線(Environmental Kuznets Curve,EKC)理論為基礎,根據國傢統計跼統計年鑒1995~2007年公佈的經濟與環境數據,分彆介紹瞭中國東西部地區經濟增長情況與工業"三廢"排放狀況,依次構建瞭東西部工業"三廢"和綜閤環境汙染水平的庫玆涅茨麯線模型,對比分析瞭東西部環境質量與經濟增長的關繫,對"三廢"排放量變化趨勢進行理論估計,併對西部大開髮經濟環境的可持續髮展提齣相關對策建議.結果錶明,東西部工業"三廢"的環境庫玆涅茨麯線分彆存在明顯差異.東西部的綜閤環境汙染水平麯線均為"倒U"形麯線的左側,且東部處于轉摺點.

To reveal the distinction of environmental quality aroused by economic development between East and West China as well as absorbing East China's experience of economic growth and environmental development, with environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) theory as foundation, based on experimental study of 1995~2007 data which was published by National Statistics Bureau, the economic growth of both regions in China and emission of industrial pollution were respectively introduced. East and. West China's industrial wastes and compound pollution EKC models were established, and relationships of both regional environmental quality and economic growth were analyzed. Emission trend of industrial pollution was theoretically estimated, and finally suggestions for sustainable economy and environmental development in West Development were proposed as well Results showed that there was a remarkable difference between East and West China in industrial waste EKC. Compound pollution EKC of both East and West China were the left side of inverted U, with East curve at turning point.
