目的研究急性胰腺炎的发病规律和趋势.方法对我院2001-2010年收治的627例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者按时间分为A组(2001-2005年)和B组(2006-2010年),对两组患者的性别、年龄、病因、治疗效果等项目进行统计分析.结果病因上胆源性胰腺炎占比例最大,为53.59％;其次为酒精、高脂血症、暴饮暴食,而且其所占比例呈上升趋势(P＜0.05).治疗效果比较,A组好转及治愈率为83.03％,B组为92.80％,A组死亡率为4.46％,B组为1.74％,B组显著优于A组(P＜0.05).结论 2001-2010年间胆道病变一直是引起急性胰腺炎的主要原因,酗酒、高血脂、暴食占发病原因的比例呈上升趋势.治疗效果有了显著提升,治愈率升高,病死率下降.

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical data of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) in last 10 years,and to study the trend and pattern of its pathogenesis.Methods We reviewed the 627 patients accepted from 2001 to 2011 and divided them into group A and B, Then we statistically analyzed the status of gender,age,etiological factors,treatment effectiveness and hospitalization cost etc.Results AP was most likely the cause of gallbladder diseases in a percentage of 53.59％.And alcohol,hyperlipidemia and overeating were other important causes rising in proportion (P＜0.05).In comparison of cure rate and death rate,group B(92.8％,1.74％) was obviously better than group A(83.03％,4.46％)(P ＜0.05).Conclusion Gallbladder has been the main cause of AP during 2001-2010 followed by alcolism,hyperlipidemia and overeating which have a rising proportion in.recent years.The treatment effectiveness has developed to cure more with less death.
