Hospital management concerns all departments and aspects in hospital. This paper discussed the practice of "Ze-ro Management Mode", which carried out management from seven aspects: Zero Matter, Zero Time, Zero Value Gap, Zero Learning Lag, Zero Resistance, Zero Exclusion, and Zero Defects. By nearly two years operation, it had achieved a good effect. What's more, it provided a bran-new management mode on how to win a fierce competition.
