Suspended carriers biological fluid bed is a new style of reactor. Its characteristics and experimental methods are introduced. And the removal efficiency of organic compounds in coking wastewater has been studied. The effects of the influential factors, such as hydraulic retention time, temperature, pH, aeration amount, and filling ratio of fillers on the treatment efficiency are investigated. The results show that the average removal rate of COD could reach 50%.
