采用东北天南星(Arisaema amurense Maxim.)、兴安白芷(Angelica dahurica (Fisch. ex Hoffm.) Benth. et Hook. var. dahurica)、狼毒(Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.)和毛穗藜芦(Veratrum maackii Regel.)4种有毒植物作为试验材料,应用室内模拟试验、生长速率法、悬滴法测定试材对杨树烂皮病病原菌的抑制效果.结果表明:原液稀释50倍时,兴安白芷制剂对菌丝生长的抑制率达到了96.55%;其次为毛莨、毛穗藜芦;东北天南星制剂最差.4种植物源抑菌剂对杨树烂皮病病原菌孢子萌发抑制效果最好的为兴安白芷,抑制率达到100%;毛莨、毛穗藜芦、东北天南星制剂也分别达到98.91%、98.71%、85.99%,平均抑制率为95.90%.兴安白芷制剂的EC_(50)最小,为12.85g/L.可见,兴安白芷抑菌剂对杨树烂皮病病原菌的抑制效果最好.

An experiment was conducted to study the bacteriostasis effect of Arisaema amurense, Angelica dahurica var. dahurica, Ranunculus japonicus, Veratrum maackii on Cytospora chrysosperma by the growth rate method and the hanging drop method through indoor simulation. Result indicates that, at a dilution of 50 times, the inhibition rate of the extract from A. dahurica var. dahurica is highest (96.55%), and then followed by R. japonicus, V. maackii and A. amurense from high to low. Among the four kinds of low toxin insecticides, the extract from A. dahurica var. dahurica also shows a better inhibition effect on spore germination of C. chrysosperma, with an inhibition rate of 100%. The inhibition rates of R. japonicus, V. maackii and A. amurense also reached 98.91%, 98.71% and 85.99%, and the average inhibition rate of the four kinds of extracts was 95.90%. It is obvious that the inhibition effect of A. dahurica var. dahurica is better than that of the others, with an EC_(50) of 12.85g/L.
