Making use of the prediction of the VLF wave propagation to predict the signal field strength of VLF can implement the accurate prediction of the communication effect and enhance the efficiency of submarine communication.This article presents a series of fundamental ideas,function analyses and implement based on the technology of MapX and the theory of waveguide mode.The practical applications show that the prediction results are accord with the measuring datas and this system has very high engineering value.
