“幸福指数”已经成为落实科学发展观过程中被频繁提及的话题。幸福指数能用数字把主观的感受表示出来，给人以直观的印象。研究城市居民幸福指数及其评价指标体系的构建，对我省政府部门在经济发展中制定以人为本的相关人文关怀的政策，促进社会全面和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。
