过敏性疾病的患病率在全球范围内呈逐年增高的趋势,欧美发达国家过敏性疾病的发病率已达到25%～40%.过敏性疾病可严重影响患者的生活质量,也会造成巨大的经济损失,因而已成为严重的公众健康问题.气传变应原如花粉颗粒、真菌孢子、尘螨、动物排泄物等是过敏性疾病的重要诱因,其浓度与过敏性疾病症状严重程度明显相关.

The prevalence of allergic diseases is increasing year by year at worldwide and has reached 25%-40% in the developed countries. Allergy can affect life quality seriously,cause huge economic losses with allergic patients,which has become a serious public health problem. Airborne allergens such as pollen grains, fungal spores,Dermatophagoidinae,animal waste and so on are important causes of allergic diseases,its concentration correlates with the severity of allergic disease symptoms significantly.
