目的 探讨兔肢体软组织开放性损伤合并海水浸泡伤对骨膜的影响.方法 新西兰大白兔48只,于兔双后肢制备肢体软组织开放性损伤模型,分为3组:单纯致伤组(A组)、海水浸泡30min组(B组)、海水浸泡1 h组(C组).分别于致伤后0、1、3、7 d时取骨膜做组织学观察及骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达检测.结果 (1)肢体软组织开放性损伤合并海水浸泡伤后骨膜炎症反应明显重于单纯致伤组,浸泡时间越长,骨膜炎症反应越重.(2)海水浸泡30 min后,膜内成骨延缓不明显.浸泡1 h后,膜内成骨明显延缓.(3)C组BMPs及VEGF表达时间明显延迟且明显弱于A组、B组,B组BMPs及VEGF表达时间虽未延迟但弱于A组.结沦肢体软组织开放性损伤合并海水浸泡1 h后,可明显延迟并损害骨膜膜内成骨能力.

목적 탐토토지체연조직개방성손상합병해수침포상대골막적영향.방법 신서란대백토48지,우토쌍후지제비지체연조직개방성손상모형,분위3조:단순치상조(A조)、해수침포30min조(B조)、해수침포1 h조(C조).분별우치상후0、1、3、7 d시취골막주조직학관찰급골형태발생단백(BMPs)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)표체검측.결과 (1)지체연조직개방성손상합병해수침포상후골막염증반응명현중우단순치상조,침포시간월장,골막염증반응월중.(2)해수침포30 min후,막내성골연완불명현.침포1 h후,막내성골명현연완.(3)C조BMPs급VEGF표체시간명현연지차명현약우A조、B조,B조BMPs급VEGF표체시간수미연지단약우A조.결륜지체연조직개방성손상합병해수침포1 h후,가명현연지병손해골막막내성골능력.
Objective To observe effect of open injury in the rabbit limb soft tissue on periosteum coupled with seawater immersion. Methods Forty-eight New Zealand rabbits were used for the experiment. The animal model was developed with the incision of the soft tissue of both hinder limbs. Then, the animals were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A, the pure injury group; group B, the 30-minute seawater immersion group; and group C, the 1-hour seawater immersion group. The rabbits were sacrificed on days 0, 1, 3, 7 respectively after surgery. Then, periosteous samples were collected for histopathology and measurement of the expression of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of periosteumResults (1) Periosteous inflammatory response for those animals with open injury in limb soft tissue coupled with seawater immersion was obviously much severer than those with pure injury. The longer the immersion time, the severer the inflammatory response. (2)Intramembranous ossification was not obviously delayed after 30-minute seawater immersion, while an obvious delay in intramembranous ossification could be noted following 1-hour seawater immersion. (3) The expression of BMPs and VEGF of periosteum for the animals in group C was delayed and seemed significantly weaker than that of group A and B. In spite of the fact that the expression of BMPs and VEGF for the animals in group B was not delayed, it was clearly weaker than that of the animals in group A. Conclusions Open injury in limb soft tissue coupled with 1-hour seawater immersion could obviously delay and even damage intramembranous ossification of periosteum.
