基于我国社会中关系特性与关系在企业经营中的作用,本研究界定了企业组织关系收益的概念,并以组织关系收益为解释变量,详细分析了企业在不同组织收益诉求驱动下,如何选择组织其关系运用与关系治理两类关系实践.实证分析结果表明,在不同组织关系收益诉求的导向下,企业关系实践模式的选择会产生显著的差异.
基于我國社會中關繫特性與關繫在企業經營中的作用,本研究界定瞭企業組織關繫收益的概唸,併以組織關繫收益為解釋變量,詳細分析瞭企業在不同組織收益訴求驅動下,如何選擇組織其關繫運用與關繫治理兩類關繫實踐.實證分析結果錶明,在不同組織關繫收益訴求的導嚮下,企業關繫實踐模式的選擇會產生顯著的差異.

Based on the characteristics of Guanxi in Chinese society and the relational value of Guanxi in business management,this study defines the notion of organizational Guanxi rents and discusses the relationship between organizational Guanxi rents and the Guanxi practices of Chinese businesses.Based on a sample of firms deeply embedded in the special market and social environment of China,the empirical analyses in this research suggest that,depending on different desires of organizational Guanxi rents,firms tend to choose different modes of Guanxi practices.
