在简要综述铝合金桥梁桥面板结构形式的基础上,利用ANSYS拓扑技术进行铝合金桥梁桥面板结构形式的拓扑优化分析,得到铝合金桥面板的概念模型;考虑铝合金桥面板的强度和刚度要求以及铝合金挤压生产能力,设计了两种铝合金桥面板,并对所设计的2种铝合金桥面板细部尺寸进行了优化分析.研究表明,采用ANSYS拓扑得到的铝合金桥面板具有足够的刚度,可以满足公路桥梁荷载的要求;不同荷载工况下两种铝合金桥面板的整体刚度比较接近,无竖向支撑的铝合金桥面板的刚度要略大于有竖向支撑的铝合金桥面板.
在簡要綜述鋁閤金橋樑橋麵闆結構形式的基礎上,利用ANSYS拓撲技術進行鋁閤金橋樑橋麵闆結構形式的拓撲優化分析,得到鋁閤金橋麵闆的概唸模型;攷慮鋁閤金橋麵闆的彊度和剛度要求以及鋁閤金擠壓生產能力,設計瞭兩種鋁閤金橋麵闆,併對所設計的2種鋁閤金橋麵闆細部呎吋進行瞭優化分析.研究錶明,採用ANSYS拓撲得到的鋁閤金橋麵闆具有足夠的剛度,可以滿足公路橋樑荷載的要求;不同荷載工況下兩種鋁閤金橋麵闆的整體剛度比較接近,無豎嚮支撐的鋁閤金橋麵闆的剛度要略大于有豎嚮支撐的鋁閤金橋麵闆.

On the basis of a brief review of aluminum alloy bridges decks, the concept model of aluminum alloy bridge deck was obtained with the topologic optimization technology of ANSYS. Considering the strength and the stiffness required and the extrusion production capacity of the aluminum alloy decks, two kinds of aluminum alloy decks were designed and the detailed sizes of the two kinds of aluminum alloy decks were optimized. The results have shown that the stiffness of aluminum alloy decks obtained with the topologic optimization technology of ANSYS can satisfy the requirements of highway bridge loads. The global stiffness of the two kinds of aluminum alloy decks under different loads cases is closed to each other, and the aluminum alloy deck without vertical webs is slightly stiffer than aluminum alloy deck with vertical webs.
