α-萘甲醇衍生物与负载型氧化剂A(KMnO_4/CuSO_4·5H_2O)反应,得到相应的醛(酮),产率68%~98%.光学纯的(S)-联萘二醇经A氧化制得光学纯的(S)-联萘二醛;醛经MnO_2再次氧化合成了(S)-联萘二酸二甲酯;酯水解得到光学纯的(S)-联萘二酸.
α-萘甲醇衍生物與負載型氧化劑A(KMnO_4/CuSO_4·5H_2O)反應,得到相應的醛(酮),產率68%~98%.光學純的(S)-聯萘二醇經A氧化製得光學純的(S)-聯萘二醛;醛經MnO_2再次氧化閤成瞭(S)-聯萘二痠二甲酯;酯水解得到光學純的(S)-聯萘二痠.

α-Naphthyl methanol derivatives were selectively oxidized with potassium permanganate adsorbed on a solid support of copper sulfate pentahydrate KMnO_4/CuSO_4·5H_2O(A) to obtain aldehydes or ketones in good yields(68%~98%).(S)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-dicarbaldehyde was prepared by selective oxidation of (S)-2,2′-bis(hydroxymethyl)- 1,1′-binaphthyl using A as oxidant.The aldehyde was oxidized by MnO_2 giving (S)-dimethyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-dicarboxylate,which was converted into (S)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-dicarboxylic acid by hydrolysis.
