目的:建立肉果秤锤树树叶中熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法.方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(850:147:3,V/Y)为流动相,检测波长210nm,流速1.0mL/min.结果:熊果酸的进样最在0.124~2.48 μg/μL范围内与峰面秘积分值具有良好的线性关系(R~2=0.9971),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.91%.超声提取的熊果酸含量最高.结论:该方法稳定性、重现性好,且简单易行.

A HPLC method was developed for the determination of ursolic acid in leaves of Sinojackia sarcocarpa L.Q.Luo.The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18) column using a mobile phase composed of H_2O and H3PO4(850:147:3,V/V)at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.A good linearity of the standard curve for peak area versus ursolic acid concentration was obtained over the range of 0.124-2.48 μg/μL(Re = 0.9971).The average spike recovery of ursolic acid at three levels was 100.5%(n = 3),with 0.91% RSD.In sample preparation,ultrasonic extraction resulted in higher efficiency when compared to reflux extraction and percolation extraction.This method reveals the characteristics of good stability and repeatability,simplicity,and easy operation.
