西藏高原是青藏高原的主体,其平均海拔达4 727 m,有"地球第三极"之称,生态环境十分脆弱,高原地形与生态屏障作用对我国乃至亚洲地区生态安全产生重要影响.基于西藏高原脆弱生态环境和独特生态系统不受破坏、生态系统服务功能与人类生存发展相协调,并对邻近区域环境起到安全保障作用为目的的生态安全进行研究,围绕人类与生态环境之间的相互关系,以生态学、生态经济学和可持续发展原理为指导,采用"3S"技术、野外调查和数理统计相结合的方法,对西藏生态环境问题与成因、经济社会发展对生态环境的影响、生态系统服务功能区域分异,生态承载力与生态风险对生态安全影响等进行了系统调查与评价.通过多学科综合集成,揭示了生态环境脆弱度、人类干扰度和生态安全空间格局,构建了西藏高原生态安全屏障保护与建设体系,为维护西藏高原生态安全和保障区域社会经济可持续发展提供了科学依据.

The Tibet Plateau as the principal of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with the average elevation of 4 727 m is called "the Third Pole of the Earth". The eco-environment of the plateau is very fragile. The shelter action of the terrain and the ecosystem of the plateau has an important effect on the ecological security of China or even of the Whole Asia. Research of ecological security on the Tibet Plateau was conducted in this paper, which was aimed to protect the fragile eco-environment and unique ecosystem from destruction, to cooridinate the ecosystem services with survival and development of human beings, and to guarantee eco-environment security of neigboring regions.Centring on the relationship of human beings and eco-environment, and taking the principle of ecology, ecological economics and sustanable development as guideline, systemic investigation and assessment of the related components of ecological security of the Tibet Plateau were conducted, including the eco-environmental problems and their reasons, interference of economic society development to the eco-environment, regional difference of ecosystem services, and effect of ecological carrying and ecological risk to the ecological security et al. by the methods of combination use of '3S' techniques, field surveys and mathematical statistics. Based on these, the spatial patterns of eco-environmental fragile degree, interference degree of human beings, and ecological security of the Tibet plateau were revealed, and the systems of protection and construction of the ecological security shelters on the Tibet Pateau were presented through comprehensive integration of the multidisciplinary. These ecological security research results enriched and improved the research contents of related disciplines in the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, and provided scientific basis for the maintenance of ecological security of the Tibet plateau and the assurance of the sustainable development of the regional economic socity.
