建立了HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中的毛萼乙素.采用液相萃取法处理血浆样品,色谱柱为C_(18)柱,流动相为乙腈-水(43:57),检测波长233nm.毛萼乙素在40~8 000 ng/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.方法回收率101.6%~106.5%,日内、日间RSD为4.3%~12.4%.

An HPLC method was established for the determination of eriocalyxin B in rat plasma.Eriocalyxin B was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction.A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(43:57)at the detection wavelength of 233 nm.The calibration curvg was linear in the concentration range of 40-8 000 ng/m1.The recoveries were 101.6%-106.5% with intra-and inter-day RSDs of4.3%-12.4%.
