目的 探讨一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的水平与急性一氧化碳中毒患者病情的关系,寻找表达急性一氧化碳中毒(ACMP)患者病情变化的理想生物学标志.方法 应用比色法(colorimetric method)测定40例ACMP患者血清NO及NOS水平,并与38例正常对照进行比较.结果 ACMP组患者血清NO及NOS水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05).结论 NO-NOS系统水平异常在ACMP引起的缺血缺氧性疾病发生中起重要作用.

목적 탐토일양화담(NO)급일양화담합매(NOS)적수평여급성일양화탄중독환자병정적관계,심조표체급성일양화탄중독(ACMP)환자병정변화적이상생물학표지.방법 응용비색법(colorimetric method)측정40례ACMP환자혈청NO급NOS수평,병여38례정상대조진행비교.결과 ACMP조환자혈청NO급NOS수평명현고우정상대조조(P<0.05).결론 NO-NOS계통수평이상재ACMP인기적결혈결양성질병발생중기중요작용.
Objective Exploring the relationship between the nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) levels and the patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning, to find an ideal biological marker which can express the changes in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Measured the levels of serum NO and NOS between 40 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning and 38 normal controls by using colorimetric method. Results The serum NO and NOS levels in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were significantly higher than the normal controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The anomaly of NO-NOS system levels played an important role in hypoxic-ischemic diseases which caused by the acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
