目的 深化小组责任制,提高护士积极性与责任感,提供更优质护理服务.方法 2010年11月在原小组责任制基础上,小组内护士实施管床“大包干责任制”护理模式,对比开展前后的护士、病人及医生满意度及护理质量指标评价得分的变化.结果 实施小组责任制结合护士管床大包干护理模式后患者、护士及医生的满意度、各项护理质量明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小组责任制结合护士管床大包干护理模式,能全面提升护理质量和病人及医务人员满意度,能提升护士的责任心和专业能力.

목적 심화소조책임제,제고호사적겁성여책임감,제공경우질호리복무.방법 2010년11월재원소조책임제기출상,소조내호사실시관상“대포간책임제”호리모식,대비개전전후적호사、병인급의생만의도급호리질량지표평개득분적변화.결과 실시소조책임제결합호사관상대포간호리모식후환자、호사급의생적만의도、각항호리질량명현제고,량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 소조책임제결합호사관상대포간호리모식,능전면제승호리질량화병인급의무인원만의도,능제승호사적책임심화전업능력.
Objective To deepen the tearn- responsibility system,improve enthusiasm and responsibility and then provide better nursing service.Methods On the foundation of previous team - responsibility system,the system of DaBaoGan responsibility in every nursing group was carried out since November 2010.The differences of patients'and doctors'satisfaction with nursing services and nursing quality were compared between the periods of before and after the new measure.Results The patients'and doctors'satisfaction with nursing services and nursing quality had been improved significantly since the new measures were carried out.There were significant statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions The team - responsibility system combined with nurses managing hospital beds in nursing service can improve nursing quality,medical staff satisfaction and also nurse's sense of responsibility and professional ability.
