采用大田试验与室内分析相结合的方法，研究沼气肥料及饼肥的施用对烤烟生长及内在质量的影响。研究发现，施用有机肥使烤烟株高下降，有效叶片数减少，单叶重增加；施用有机肥对上部烟叶产量影响较大，产量较低；有机肥提高了烟叶外观质量，成熟度、组织结构及油分等指标均优于施用化肥的烟株。有机肥的施用提高了中上部叶片总氮及总碱的含量，总糖及还原糖含量下降，而下部叶的趋势与之相反，烟片中氯元素含量相对偏高。施用有机肥的烟叶评吸得分与施用化肥的烟株相等或略低。

Effect of biogas and cake fertilizer on development and internal quality on tobacco was studied by field experiment and laboratory analysis. The results showed that applying organic fertilizer on tobacco decreased the plant height and leaf number,bnt increased dried weight of tobacco leaf. Organic fertilizer had more influence on upper leaves ,which had lower yield. Tobacco sensory quality increased with the application of biogas and cake fertilizer, maturity, microstrncture and oil content were superior to chemical fertilizer treatment. Organic fertilizer increased the content of total nitrogen and alkaloids ,reduced the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in middle and upper leaves ,which showed contrary tendency in lower leaves, also increased content of chlorine, but smoking quality score was equal or lower slightly.
