用血清药理学方法，观察七味胆膏汤的体内抑菌作用，并探讨七味胆膏汤的最佳采血时间。七味胆膏汤给大耳白兔连续3d灌胃给药，最后一次给药后0．5、1、2、4h取血，制备含药血清，观察对大肠杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌的抑菌作用。结果表明：七味胆膏汤含药血清对大肠杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌均有抑菌作用，与对照组相比差异极显著（P〈0．01），且大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌2h组与其它各试验组相比差异显著（P〈0．05），说明口服给药2h组抑菌作用最强．为给药后嚣仕采血时间.
용혈청약이학방법，관찰칠미담고탕적체내억균작용，병탐토칠미담고탕적최가채혈시간。칠미담고탕급대이백토련속3d관위급약，최후일차급약후0．5、1、2、4h취혈，제비함약혈청，관찰대대장간균、지하씨이질간균、금황색포도구균、련구균적억균작용。결과표명：칠미담고탕함약혈청대대장간균、지하씨이질간균、금황색포도구균、련구균균유억균작용，여대조조상비차이겁현저（P〈0．01），차대장간균、금황색포도구균、련구균2h조여기타각시험조상비차이현저（P〈0．05），설명구복급약2h조억균작용최강．위급약후효사채혈시간.
Inhibition of Qiwei bile cream soup was observed by serum pharmacology method in vivo, and the best blood time was detected. Qiwei bile cream soup was given to rabbits for three consecutive days by oral inoculation, blood was collected, and drug - containing serum was made after the last dose 0.5,1,2,4 h. Antimicrobial effect of drug - containing serum on E. coli, Shigella dysenteriae,Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus was detected. The results show that drug - containing serum of Qiwei bile cream soup showed a significant inhibitory effect on E. coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, it was very significant difference compared with the control （P 〈 0.01 ）. The inhibitory effect of E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus was highest in 2 h after oral inoculation, higher than any group significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. As a result, the strongest inhibitory effect was shown in 2 h after oral inoculation.
