为了解决装配体拆卸序列的生成与优化问题,利用零件的拆卸约束关系,建立了矩阵表达的包括几何约束、拆卸工具约束以及稳定性约束的多目标数学模型。利用干涉矩阵确定可行的拆卸方向,利用支撑矩阵分析拆卸过程的稳定性,利用拆卸工具列表分析拆卸过程中所用的拆卸工具。在运用蚁群算法寻求最优的拆卸序列过程中,加入方向变化因子、工具变化因子和稳定性因子,对拆卸转移概率公式进行了改进,通过更新局部和全局信息素,指导算法快速寻找最优解,最后以动车组转向架轮对作为实例验证了算法的可行性。

In order to solve the combinatorial optimization problem of disassembly sequence planning,an ant colony algorithm-based approach was presented.A multi-objective mathematical model was established which was expressed by matrixes and contained geometric constraints,stability constraints and disassembly tool constraints.Interference matrix was used to analyze the feasible disassembly direction,support matrix was used to analyze the stability,and disassembly tool lists were used to analyze the tools used during operations.In order to find the optimal disassembly sequence more quickly,redirection factor,tool change factor and stability factor were added to the state-transition rule.Local and global pheromone were updated after operations so as to avoid a local optimal solution,to accumulate pheromone according to the quality of solutions and to guide ant colony in searching the approximate/optimal solutions quickly.Finally,the disassembly sequence of CRH3 bogie wheels was used as a case research to show the feasibility of the algorithm.
