ZooKeeper as a kind of distributed coordinated service was studied in this paper, which has high efficiency, high reliable , high scalable and simpleness programming model etc. characteristics. ZooKeeper can simplify program development of distributed application. Framework and characteristic of ZooKeeper were briefed in this paper, and at the same time the usage method of ZooKeeper in program development of distributed system was demonstrated through a specific demo.
