本文阐述了随着油田的发展，勘探开发工作任务的日趋加大，大港油田勘探开发研究院原有瘦客户端系统的软硬件条件已经不能满足现在的科研工作的需要，用户对地震解释瘦客户端系统（Application Hosting）的使用提出了更高的要求。系统的性能和设备急需进行升级。
