研究以丙酮为原料液相法合成异佛尔酮的液相缩合反应动力学。考察了以氢氧化钠为催化剂时,催化剂浓度、压力、温度、反应时间对反应的影响,结果表明该反应温度215~220℃、丙酮与水质量比3∶1、催化剂用量0.13 mol NaOH、压力3.8~4.5 MPa下反应3 h为最优反应条件。
研究以丙酮為原料液相法閤成異彿爾酮的液相縮閤反應動力學。攷察瞭以氫氧化鈉為催化劑時,催化劑濃度、壓力、溫度、反應時間對反應的影響,結果錶明該反應溫度215~220℃、丙酮與水質量比3∶1、催化劑用量0.13 mol NaOH、壓力3.8~4.5 MPa下反應3 h為最優反應條件。

The liquid condensation reaction kinetics of isophorone synthesis using acetone as raw materials was studied.The influence of catalyst concentration,pressure,temperature and other factors on the reaction was investigated by NaOH as catalysts.It was found that under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature 215~225 ℃,the mass ratio of acetone and water was 3:1,0.13 mol NaOH,pressure 3.8~4.5 MPa,and 3 h,respectively.
