分析了中水作为炼油循环冷却水系统补水的特点及对循环水系统的影响。缓蚀和阻垢实验结果表明,中水回用水处理剂完全可以有效控制系统的腐蚀和结垢。经过8个月的不断优化和工业运行,系统在浓缩倍数为5以上的情况下,运行状况良好。

The characteristics and effects of recycled water reusing as circulating cooling water for oil refining plants were analyzed.The results of corrosion and scale inhibitor experiment indicated that the water treatment agents for recycled water can inhibit the corrosion and scale completely.After eight months' system optimization and industrial application,the circulating cooling system was still in good working order with five ratio cyele of concentration or more.
