YBCO(YBa2Cu3O7-δ) was studied extensively in the past several decades as a novel superconductivity material.The structure and a variety of preparation methods as well as their advantages and disadvantages based on the literature at home and abroad were introduced,especially pulsed laser deposition,sputtering,metal organic chemical vapor deposition,sol-gel and trif-luoroacetate-based metal organic deposition in details.
