风电场大量、快速和成规模接入电网给电网有功调度和控制带来新的挑战。文中阐述了在能量管理系统的自动发电控制基础上开发的风电场有功功率控制策略,介绍了该控制策略的实现方案和在风电场通信方式、风电机组控制逻辑的相应技术措施。实际风电场的试验结果表明,采用所提出的控制策略可以实现风电场有功功率的快速、精确控制。

Large scaled wind farms are being connected to the power grid rapidly, which imposes a new challenge to the active power dispatch and control of power grids. A wind farm active power control strategy developed on the base of automatic generation control (AGC) function of the energy management system (EMS) is illustrated. The realization scheme of the control strategy is introduced, together with the related technical measures in communication mode of wind farms and the control logic of wind turbines. Actual test in wind farm proves that the proposed control strategy can achieve rapid and accurate control of active power.
