在MS培养基中分别加入不同浓度的6-BA和NAA,对非洲菊的幼嫩花托进行培养。结果表明,不同激素组合对非洲菊愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽的分化和不定芽的增殖影响明显,以MS+6-BA7mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+琼脂9g/L+3%蔗糖为最佳培养基。

The tender receptacles of gerbera were cultured in MS medium adding different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA.The results showed that the effects of different combinations of hormones on callus induction, differentiation of adventitious bud and increment of adventitious bud were obvious. The optimum medium was MS+6-BA 7 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+agar 9 g/L+3% sucrose.
