Information monitoring of intermediary agencies of China＇ s human resources market is one of the essential functions of governments. Under the background of strongly promoting employment service, optimizing human resource allocation, and improving the unified, standardized and flexible human resource market, to strengthen the information monitoring of intermediary agencies is especially important. This paper first discusses the basic features of the information monitoring of intermediary agencies of China＇ s human resources market. Then it analyses their problems from three aspects, including the content system, operational mechanism and safeguard mechanism. Finally, the paper puts forward some solutions and strategies from five aspects to strengthen the information monitoring of intermediary agencies of China＇ s human resources market.
