光伏专业实行＂双导师制＂人才培养模式适应了高等教育和光伏产业发展的需要,为学生的成长与成才提供了切实的指导与帮助,增强了学生社会能力和职业能力,缩短了学生与社会的距离,受到了学生、企业与社会的好评。为此,就新余学院光伏专业＂双导师制＂人才培养模式的研究和实践进行了阐述。
